Bay State Construction provides services in the fields of Project Management, Development Management, Design and Construction. The company has been involved in several high profile residential and student accommodation projects both in Australia and in the UK, which consisted of new builds as well as large-scale heritage refurbishments.

The philosophy at Bay State Construction is centered upon client satisfaction, achieved by delivering projects on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality. Our turnkey approach consists of involvement right from the outset of each project and includes working hand-in-hand with our clients during the feasibility stages of a project through the completion of construction and handover.

This turnkey approach enables us to best provide our clients and end users with economical solutions for their respective development needs. Providing our clients with a commitment from the inception of a project through the operation and maintenance of each facility, we assist our clients in locating potential sites, carrying out feasibility studies, preparing project briefs, designing to cost, executing the construction works and providing comprehensive handover packages coupled with systems training. Where required, we also provide an ongoing maintenance service to our clients. By partnering with our clients over the long term, Bay State Construction can evaluate multiple assets individually as well as part of a larger portfolio, enabling us to mitigate excessive overhead costs.

Through its strategic international ties Bay State Construction has successfully completed several projects in the UK and is currently stepping up operations with a number of new major projects signed up. We are also targeting expansion on the Australian eastern seaboard, with a number of high end residential and student accommodation projects already in negotiation across the states.
