Joseph Massoud

Operations Manager

Joseph has worked in the construction industry since 1998, working for some of Australia’s top tier building companies before co-founding Bay State Construction, where his passion for the high-end residential sector continues.

Since 2014 at Bay State Construction, he has completed projects consisting of high-end luxury residential homes and apartments in Sydney’s most sought-after suburbs, childcare centers, major student accommodation hubs and office/commercial/retail refurbishments in Sydney’s CBD.

Having successfully delivered multi-million-dollar design and construction projects in Australia for well over a decade, Joseph heads the design and procurement department and is primarily responsible for procurement and contracts management of all Bay State Constructions projects.
